At The PACT, we believe that tenure deserves recognition. This program reward members who have worked 3 years (or 5,000+ hours). Members will receive a monetary reward semi-annually which is based on time worked within the PACT program. All members are automatically enrolled in the program and paid upon completion of hours/years worked!
