Where do I get my MEC, Kaiser, Vision, or Dental Card? I have not received my medical, dental or vision card in the mail.

Delta Dental and VSP Vision do not send out member cards. Your ID number is your SS# (with no dashes). You can find providers for both at the links below:

What does MEC cover?

The MEC plan is a Minimum Essential Coverage plan available to all PACT members, offering preventative care only. It covers preventive care such as checkups and immunizations but does not cover illness and injury.

What provider can I go to that will accept the MEC Medical Coverage?

To find a provider accepting MEC Medical Coverage, please follow these steps:

1. Visit www.multiplan.com
2. Select “Find a Provider.”
3. Click “Select Network.”
4. Choose “Multiplan.”
5. Click “Preventative Services Only.”
6. Enter your search criteria (type of doctor and zip code).

This will generate a list of nearby providers. They may refer to the plan as “MultiPlan” instead of MEC.

I haven't received my Kaiser or MEC medical card. What should I do?

Will I be paid for the time I have been out of work due to a work injury?

To find out if you will be paid for the time you’ve been out of work due to a work injury, please reach out to your claims adjuster directly for further assistance with your questions.

I was injured at work and I am at the clinic waiting to be seen, but they haven't received authorization. What should I do?

Please call TriageNow directly at 855-638-7984 to request immediate authorization for your clinic visit.

I need to update my claim.

I have an appointment in two weeks for a work related injury but don't feel well and want to be seen sooner. What can I do?

You can call TriageNow at 855-638-7984 to schedule an earlier appointment.

I need a copy of my W-2 or pay stubs.

Please contact [email protected], and we will download and email or mail them to you upon your request.
